As those of you who have remodeled before already know, the design phase of the remodel is exciting and fun.  However, the construction phase is a feat of endurance and patience.  Your home is invaded by workers early in the morning, construction zones are messy even in the best of circumstances and most difficult, you have to live without your kitchen for the duration of the remodel.
